Getting Started

It's simple: click "File Now", fill in your personal information, upload photos or scans of your tax documents (T4s, receipts, etc.), review your submission, and submit. Our team will prepare your return and contact you when it's ready for your review and signature.
Common documents include: T4 (employment income), T4A (pension/other income), T5 (investment income), RRSP contribution receipts, medical receipts, donation receipts, and any other tax slips you've received. If you're unsure, upload everything — we'll sort it out.
Yes! We handle T2 corporate returns for small businesses, partnerships, and incorporated companies. Select "Corporate (T2)" when you start the filing process. You'll need your financial statements, prior year NOA, and business expense records.

Your documents are protected with 256-bit AES encryption during transfer (via SSL/TLS) and at rest on our secure servers. Our infrastructure is hosted in a secure Canadian-compliant environment and we follow PIPEDA privacy regulations.
Only authorized tax professionals at JHG Corporate and Tax Services Inc. who are directly involved in preparing your tax return can access your documents. We never share your information with third parties.
We retain your documents only for the duration required to complete your tax filing and as required by law. After your return has been filed and any applicable retention period has passed, your documents are securely deleted.

Filing Process

Most personal returns are prepared within 1-3 business days after you submit your documents. Corporate returns may take 3-5 business days depending on complexity. During peak tax season (March-April), times may be slightly longer.
We accept PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF images, and Excel files (XLSX, XLS, CSV). Each file can be up to 25MB, and you can upload up to 20 files per submission. You can also use your phone's camera to take photos of documents directly.
Once your return is prepared, we'll send you a review copy and a DocuSign signature request via email. You can review and sign electronically from any device. After you sign, we e-file your return with the CRA.

Pricing

Pricing depends on the complexity of your return. We'll review your documents and provide a quote before beginning preparation. There are no hidden fees — you'll know the cost upfront. Contact us for current pricing.
Payment is collected after your return has been prepared and before e-filing. We accept e-Transfer and major credit cards. You only pay once you've reviewed and approved your return.
